Consultation

As part of the consultation process, follow-up information and support are provided to caregivers on an as needed basis. All information needed regarding your loved one will be throuroghly explained to your assigned care giver before they arrive on-site.

In-Home/ Out Service

Whether if you need someone to sit with your loved ones in their own personal home, a nursing home, or even short-term hospital visits, I.S.S is available no matter what!

During consultation we ask these questions to determine who is the best sitter for your loved oes. We will always have someone available for your needs. We work around YOUR schedule, not the other way around.

Payment Plans

We understand that times are tough financially for everyone, but care is needed immediately. This is why I.S.S offers payment plans for those who qualify. We assest your living situation as well as your loved ones in need, and determine what plan works best for the family as well as the company.

At this time, only select payment methods are availabe, but we will be able to offer more in the near future.

Emergency Services

We understand that things come up, and sometimes you can not always find a sitter right away! We have sitters on-call waiting to attend to your loved ones no matter the circumstance!

For emergency services, we usually allow 3-6 hours to have a sitter available from the time we have completed an emergency consultation.

This consultation is a shorter process than the regular. It consists of: How long a sitter is needed, times needed, and what in GENERAL the sitter will need to pay more attention to with your loved one while monitoring.

IF IT IS DETERMINED THERE IS A SERIOUS NEED OF EMERGENCY SERVICE, THIS OPTION IS AVAILABLE. ALL OTHER SERVICES WILL NEED APPOINTMENT AND CONSULTATION BEFORE HAND.
