Current Owner and Operator Ms. Gloria has been licensed and bonded since 2008. ISS was started for those needing assistance for loved ones at an affordable cost with trust worthy employees who are available at your waking need. Ms. Gloria has been in business since 2008, and strives to build her clientel because of awesome customer service and the ability to always help and work with everyday families in need.
Ms. Nisha ~ Coordinator/Consultant/HR
Ms. Gloria's Partner takes care of all needs right when you need them as the family consultant. She is responsible for conducting formal assessments (mainly in clients' homes) and comprehensive care planning consultations to caregivers and families of frail and/or brain-impaired adults, including (Alzheimer's Disease, Parkinson's Disease, Traumatic Brain Injury, stroke). As part of the consultation process, follow-up information and support are provided to caregivers on an as needed basis. A key part of Ms. Nisha's role is in representing ISS to other community organizations through outreach efforts and public speaking as required.
Family Care Giver- Full Time
Non-medical home care services are becoming a popular alternative to nursing homes, and our home care services are often used in conjunction with home health care and assisted living services. Our Care Givers work in-home, out-of-home, nursing facilities and hospitals for older adults, people with disabilities, and others with a long term care need.
